Stay Healthy!

 "You cannot enjoy wealth if you are not in a good health"

 Staying fit and healthy is truly a blessing. A healthy body is defined as the overall ability of the body to function well. It includes the physical, mental, emotional, and social health of all individuals. When one maintains good health, he/she opens the key to happiness.

Health is like money; we learn the value when it’s lost. A Healthy person can achieve happiness and success quickly than a weak and unhealthy person. A healthy body is a sign of a healthy mind, while an unhealthy body weakness one’s ability to succeed and excel in life.

Some of the factors on which health depends are drinking water regularly, exercising, eating healthy foods, sleeping on time, etc. The prime source of happiness and bliss is our health. Being healthy is not just about staying physically fit but overall health fitness, which is emotional, mental, and social stability.

For instance, if you are constantly eating junk food yet you do not have any disease, it does not make you healthy. You are not consuming healthy food which naturally means you are not healthy, just surviving. Therefore, to actually live and not merely survive, you need to have the basic essentials that make up for a healthy lifestyle.

There are a lot of components that affect our health and they are equally important. Even if one of the components goes missing, a person cannot remain as healthy. Some of them are discussed below:

  • Physical health: Physical health refers to the state of being physically healthy devoid of any illness or diseases. When one maintains good physical fitness, they tend to have an extended lifespan. The best way to maintain physical well-being is through a balanced diet. Intake of essential nutrients in appropriate quantities helps one manage their physical health.
  • Everyday exercise: Daily exercising is very essential, one must never forget to exercise, even if it’s for ten minimum minutes. It is not advisable to consume junk food all the time. Do not drink alcohol or smoke as it is a hazard to one’s health. Lastly, try to take adequate sleep ( 7-8 hours) regularly over the use of the phone. It is best advised to not use the phone two hours before sleep.
  • Mental well-being: Mental health refers to a state of emotional and psychological well-being of the individual. A person’s mental well-being impacts their emotions and behavior in handling situations. The best-recommended way to maintain mental health is by staying positive and meditating.
  • Social Health: Social health adds equal importance to a person’s overall well-being state. A person maintains their social well-being through effective communication with other people. A person who attends social gatherings and possesses a friendly nature is stated to be socially healthy. 

In nutshell, to maintain a healthy mind and body, one must eat clean and healthy food, balance your diet with the right promotion of essential minerals,  exercise regularly, consume lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, sleep early and adequately for 8 hours. A healthy body stays positive and healthy by eliminating all negativity.
